I hope that this website will give you an idea of what the United Methodist Church of Elmwood is all about. It is our vision to build a community of followers of Jesus Christ that are challenged to grow in love for God and for others.
Elmwood is a town of about 2000 and is located 22 miles west of Peoria, Illinois. People who live in Elmwood and in the surrounding communities can find quality ministry for all ages close to home. Our church is a safe place for you to make connections with others.
There is no expectation that all of us believe the same things in the same way. There is room for you here no matter where you are spiritually and there’s room to grow. We are intentional about providing an atmosphere in which your faith journey is respected and your questions about spirituality can be addressed.
